Donaris Algarve Ltd offers a Payment Plan which allows you to spread the cost of your investment in one of our Luxury Villas over a number of phases.

Any of the six villas can be paid for in five phases:
  • Initial Payment on singing Promissory Contract: 30%
  • Second Payment when Villa is to foundation level: 25%
  • Third Payment when roof and windows stage is completed: 25%
  • Fourth Payment on completion of Villa: 25%
  • Final Payment on receipt of Habitation license: 5%

The deeds of our Villa are received on receipt of the final payment of 5%.

Our legal team will be available at all times to ensure that the purchase of one of our Villas is a smooth and trouble free experience.
